Ok, so I just heard this term on MTV's "Girl Code". If you've never seen the show, you should totally check it out, boy or girl. They talk about hot topics or just everyday things and take them to an extreme, but also indicate what is socially and rightfully acceptable by the public. It's very entertaining.
Definition: If you haven't already guessed, its a new term for back acne. The acne on your back.

I have a love/hate relationship with GirlCode. Although some of the things they say are true, they tend to be a little outrageous
