So you may have heard people saying they are "on the grind", but what does it mean? Well...
#1. Skateboarding. Grinding that board on the concrete at the local skateboard.
#2. Working hard. This could refer to working hard at getting a higher education, working lots of hours at your job, working out a lot, or giving your all to anything that requires a lot of work.
I'm not sure where the term originated, but it seems to have been first associated with the term "hustle". Take that as you may... :)
